In NSA we wear white shirts and black hats.
NSA on deck batters can use either circle.
No jewelery in youth NSA.
No casts
No wheelchairs
Dead ball for removing helmet and out
Only catcher and 1st may wear a mitt
Pitcher cannot use a white or gray glove
NSA still mentions "above batter's head"
2 EPs, no DP/Flex, up to 11 may bat
DH in NSA
One offensive conference per inning, penalty strike on batter
0ne defensive conference per inning
Coach ejected for unreported sub(Youth)
Illegal sub, coach and player ejected. Out if at bat, do over choice if defensive play is made
No rule for one foot in the box
Ball on batter for quick pitch
Pitcher must face the first batter
Altered bat, batter and coach ejected
Cannot walk or hit batter to get to vacant spot, if so out is nullified
CR can be last out or player not in game
OBS in rundown, runner gets lead base
Double 1st base is different
Pitcher must have ball in circle for dead ball appeal
Fake tag is ejection
