I haven't been to a lot of minor league parks, but I have been to the Orlando ballpark where the Braves minor league team plays, and where the Braves have their Spring Training. If that park doesn't win Minor League Ball Park of the Year
every year, there must be some amazing parks out there.
The Orlando park is part of Disney's Wide World of Sports complex and is first-rate from a fan's standpoint. I've never taken a ballpark tour of it, but I can't imagine that the players' and coaches' areas are cramped or unpleasant in any way.
My dad lives just outside Orlando and we usually go to one Braves Spring Training game a year, although we didn't get to do it this year.
I'm never there for Father's Day, but it's a nice substitute.
