Situation. Mugsy Bogues steals the ball and runs down the court at great speed towards his basket......Shaq, not running the court hard as always (sarc) has never left the defensive side of the court and is legally standing in front of the basket - not moving. BAM! Mugsy runs into him as hard as he can and bounces back 10 feet. Charge? Why? Shaq never even gets displaced. Block? Why? Shaq was standing there and never moved? No call.
