Zoochy,

If the fielder who made the wild throw was an infielder, AND the throw was his first attempted play, AND the R1 and BR had not both reached their next base (2B & 1B, respectively) at the time the throw left said fielder's hand, the proper awards are 3B and 2B, respectively. Two bases, TOP.

Otherwise, it would be Home and 3B, respectively. Two bases, TOT.
