Steve, I have contacted everyone and their brother about this and it is like talking to a wall. The one reply I just recently got was from PIAA. I asked why the test could'nt be used for the existing members and the answer I got was the test is given to new applicants and would I be interested in applying. I dont know, mabey I'm just smoking something different than the rest of them. If they just told me not to bother them anymore is better than ignoring you. It takes all types.
