Have you gone through professional rehabilitation and physical therapy (PT)?
I just had ACL and meniscus surgery last Friday (ARGH!).
My son had ACL surgery two yrs ago. His PT was torcherous, but now he is back to 100%and running track in HS. While he is much younger than me, and I do not look forward to the riggers, I will go religiously in order to get back to where I need to be for the fall/winter season.
Good luck. I don't look forward to it, but I see it is as a necessary evil.
