Not only do we not have to take a test each year in Pa, only the score is provided to new officials - not the corrected answer sheet. So it's not much of a learning tool even for the first year folks. You might want to talk to your district rep, jicecone, to see about getting a copy of the test and the answers. Use them in your chapter meetings for discussion purposes.
