The NF rules are the ones used in US high schools and NCAA rules are the ones used in US colleges.

The differences between those and FIBA is that they are based on the original concepts of the American-invented game of basketball and make sense, while FIBA rules are some rules made up by a bunch of "Euros" who try to claim they are "international" rules and feature such weird items as a trapezoidal lane, no offensive goaltending and mandating the eating of metric food
