Absolutely false. Logically, "some" is equivalent to "at least one", and can include "all".
"Some people enjoyed this" is true if only one person enjoyed it.
"Some people enjoyed this" is also true if everybody enjoyed it.
I can only conclude that you never took a Logic course (or at least, that you never took a Logic course that I've taught
).
