What Would You Change?
Most of us here are Fed guys, as well as NCAA guys too.
A friiend of mine every year sends at least one rule change/interp change or casebook play to the FED and NCAA for the next year's materials.
I have some items already to go as well for this year.
If you would be writing to the FED Rules Committee, what would you change or add? Be as specific as you can!
