I've looked into this and have not found any rulebooks in audio format. I did start doing it myself but it required a lot of time (and I probably couldn't have sat and listened to my own voice for more then 5 seconds
)
I would think that NFHS would make a killing with this and increase the knowledge of officials everywhere! I've called their office before but didn't get very far. I also called the publisher for the NCAA rule book.
Aren't there schools for the blind that convert written books to audio?
All those long drives to and from games could be used to bone up on our rule knowledge!
