Nope - #3 is an intentional personal foul. (Unless, of course, the contact is flagrant - in that case you can still have a flagrant personal foul on this play).
Remember, #2 and #3 count as the warning for #1. Also, #1 is a team Technical, where #2 is a player technical. (#3, an intentional foul, has to be a player foul.
