That was the driving point. It's a load of crap, but it is what the players believe.

With the back edge of the box at least 42" away from the plate and the bat speed demonstrated with these composite toothpicks these guys swing, there isn't a batter out there that cannot get the barrel of the bat around to squarely hit an inside pitch.
