What Bob said above, Tom. I couldn't say it better and I agree with what he said completely.
You have to have the balls to make the unpopular but correct call, when necessary. You
are going to piss people off when you make that call. What you don't want to do however is
needlessly piss people off when you make the call. I'm sure that you know what I mean by that.
Of course, having said that, I still reserve my personal right to call you a f**ing azzhole every now and then.
