johnSandlin: Sorry. From your original post and the phrase "liquid adhesive", I thought you were looking for a permanent solution to your problem. Here in Connecticut, a mostly IAABO state, we have the IAABO patch embroidered into our shirt. Our local board decided to add the American flag a few years ago. We do not have a local or state patch, so everything is permanent. I agree with Scrapper 1, buy a couple of extra shirts and permanently put on the patches for the differerent associations that you officiate for. Your uniform will look sharper.

M&M Guy: You're right. Many washings can cause the edges to curl up, so I get a needle and thread and stitch down the corners of the flag. Only takes a few minutes and requires little sewing knowledge.

In got off my lazy butt and went down to the laundry area in my basement to get the material in question. It's "Therm O Web HeatnBond Iron-On Adhesive Ultra Hold".
