I thought the same thing.
However there is the possibility that they did this for the publicity. By doing this they look more human and look like coaches that would be fun to play for (IOW - RECRUTTING!
) I'll bet there are a number of other coaches that are saying "Man I wish I thought of that first!"
Of course this is just a possibilty. If they were doing it without this intention then it was a very fun and "cool" thing. If they were doing it for recrutting then they are very
smart and savy individuals!
Does anyone know of other things like this in the history of coaches/A.D.s/Owners?
