I have seen "Church Ball." I must concur - it is funny and ture to life with my experiences with playing and reffing church ball games. I refuse to play anymore, the last time, I had a break away layup and some 24 year old kid catches up just after I released the ball and takes me out (was 45 at the time), did not even try to play the ball. One of the dirtiest, cheapest plays I have ever witnessed and I was on the receiving end. I was sore for a week. It was one of the few times in my life where I actually wanted to retaliate and hurt someone. I am "retired" from church ball.
