Maybe it's my baseball background, but I don't tolerate that in any sport I work. Yell at the stripes, don't yell at me.

They can
ALWAYS find an excellent reason to talk themselves into
NOT ejecting someone, Rich. And they wonder why some coaches and players are out of control. It's because they're afraid to control them.
