You choose to not get facts before making a judgement about something/someone? Surely that's not what you mean.

If you are saying that you simply choose not to make judgements at all, you're fooling yourself. People make judgements about other people all the time. Can I trust this person? Should I hire this person? Is this the sort of person I want my child around? ... Is this coach going to get it if I warn him, or does he simply need to be sent packing? Etc. To simply say that you don't judge anyone ever at all under any circumstance? Sounds nice, but you're fooling yourself.
