I Know About State Associations ...
From BillyMac: NFHS Rule 5-4-2 "The NFHS does not recognize protests".

I know about state associations. The only reason that I went to the rule book is to emphasis that the NFHS will not get involved with protests and that coaches, fans, etc. should not look to the NFHS Rule Book for rules regarding protests.
