Key 2007 changes above and beyond the 2006 changes
7.08(a) now refers to and defines the runner's baseline and not "a direct line between bases"
6.05(k) (Running lane) added a comment that the runner can exit the lane in the immediate vicinity of 1B in order to touch the base. 7.09(k) was removed as it was redundant.
4.11(c) AR - on a game winning hit with two out in the bottom of the ninth or extra, if a runner passes another, only the runs that have scored at the time of the pass will count.
