JR as I am still learning. I thought I read where you tell the Coach first, then the timer and finally the player. I even thought I read where the non-fourl calling official actually does the informing. Is this correct? I suppose in the real world it is irrelevant when you tell the player; as the coach and timer are critical to play continuing.

I completely agree on note 1.
