I'd have to see it to judge. If the V player was being a jackass picking himself up, I can see calling this T. He already committed a hard foul on a player and now he's "rubbing it in" a little. For game management I can see this T. The second one is a no brainer. It sounds to me like the kid cost them the game with his actions, not the official.
