Mayo ended up with the automatic 2 game suspension for receiving 2 "T"s and being ejected, and was also given an additional 3 game suspension for contact on the official-- for a total suspension of 5 games. Of course, they ran the suspensions concurrently so that he only has to sit out 3 games and they also scheduled the suspensions so that he won't miss any big games, but, hey, that was to be expected also.
Of course, all of this won't change the minds of any of the WV fanboys. They will take to their graves their conviction that it was all the official's fault.
