Our CYO teams play at the neighboring parish's gym sincew we don't have our own.
Last week, I noticed they have the 3 foot dotted lines at each baseline for the throw-ins.
I was wondering if the player making the throw in still has to stay behind the actual baseline or if stepping forward is legal provded they stay behind the dotted line?
