I know the new High School rule. One wristband per arm and it must be worn below the elbow.
Is it the same for NCAA??
Reason I ask, is that I was watching the game on ESPN (I think) on Monday night. Home Team Player #1 (or #5) was wearing sweatbands above both elbows.
I can not recall the teams playing. Home team lost.
I think it might have been Nebraska......
