1. Count begins when ball is at disposal (read: available to inbound, regardless of player having the ball or not)
2. Too many people complain about the lack of respect, discipline and sportsmanship in today's game; few have the cajones to do something about it. Kudos to Libbey...do you think those coaches/players who have been on the receiving end of his "short trigger" will behave differently the next time they see him? You'd better believe so.
