You can't prevent anyone with a key from popping in,
or even anyone without a key from knocking on the door.
If they knock, you can choose to not answer, which is what
I do. If they have a key then you meet them at the door,
smile, say "Thanks" and try to hustle them out as quickly as
possible. Usually coaches who pop in are well intended, but
there are the few out there who are just itching for a
fight.
mightyvol, these guys have just got to write this up and
report it to anyone that will listen. It might hurt them
if they do, but it will hurt them more in the long run
if they don't.
