Are you talking about for TASO, or in general??? TASO announced that the official uniform for softball is the powder blue pullover with a
white t-shirt only. However, they said that if both partners dressed the same, and for whatever reason the plate umpire felt more comfortable wearing a navy blue t-shirt, then the combination of navy blue t-shirt with navy blue pullover would be acceptable, though not the preferred uniform. The navy blue pullover is the same one that baseball used to use, as did some TASO softball chapters many moons ago. Looks like this without the logo:
