Our local rec league (3rd grade thru HS) is much simpler. Up by 15 or more at any time (20 at HS level), no backcourt guarding. The lower grades play running clock but if the lead is less than 10 at the 2:00 minute mark in the 4th Q, then stop clock the rest of the way.

I forgot to mention that in 3rd and 4th grades, no backcourt guarding is allowed at all and for 5th/6th girls and 5th boys, it's allowed only in the 4th Q and in OT (of course, I never have to worry about OT since I don't allow it in my games).
