Mass. does not offer much guidance. The shot clock "rules" come directly from the NCAA...except for full reset on kick ball. I was hoping there might be some who do college ball who know how this would be handled -- with a formal ruling. We made it up. When I asked my board interpreter...he said we were OK...but agreed there is nothing to back it up.
