However, We get the Umpire clinic manual every year at the District umpire clinic held by UIC. I do have a copy of it and have studied it. I have found it to be very useful, much more then the rule book (of course i must know the rules anyway). But mine is from last year, so it might be different slightly. You may have gotten a copy of "The Right Call" or "The Umpire in Little League", but it's very doubtful that you received the "Rules Instruction Manual." I think that's what Dave is referring to.
