I know that I'm gonna kick myself for starting this but.....
This came up on the NFHS forum.....
Does the shirt-tucked-in rule(NFHS 3-4-15) apply at
all times and any time during the game? Pre-game warm-ups? Bench personnel? Intermissions?
If so, what is the penalty for non-compliance?
