I think that some of that is legit, please realize that it is a 2 way street. Officials aren't perfect, and make mistakes, as do coaches! I have found that if you uphold professionalism and be respectful to us, we will do the same.
As to us "yelling at you" and not anwsering questions in the manner you would like, if you are nice to us, we will, in turn, be nice to you (I don't think you'll find too many officials that go otherwise). Try it your next game, be courteous to your officials, and see where it takes you. ask for an interpertation, and see if you get it (if it is in a break in play). Try it and let us know how it went.
