I swear before this year that if either team violated the previously three, now four, delays. That you would advise the table, and then the teams. Also that the warning applied to both teams regardless if they were the offending party.
Example: Team B just scored and bats the ball away from Team A. You notify the table and warn both teams. Then next play Team A scores and bats it away from Team B, Tech on A.
