The ref (my friend) tells the kid to settle down and that he can't get into the other kids face like that (trying to prevent a T) The kid then yells at the official and says I can say whatever I want, I have freedom of speech! The official then says I have freedom of the whistle and T'd the kid up.

Amendment 28 - Freedom of the Whistle.
Has a nice ring to it. We just have to keep the coaches' lobby from campaigning against it.
