Thank you so much for this information.
As you probably know in Italy we are using ISF Umpire System.
Though this we are very interested in ASA technical changes, because they often are real achievements for umpires.
I have couple of questions for you:
First: by “walk the line” you mean the umpire must position one foot on foul territory and the other on fair? And if so, is this the same position a base umpire shall assume with a runner on, also?
Second: what do you mean by “one word” mechanic? The only situation I am able to relate to this term is the teaching Henry Pollard gave us talking about enforcement calls (pointing + ONLY ONE word, e.g. “tag” or “swing?” on a check swing, etc.).

Sorry to bother you… I would like to learn and to pass this news to Italian umpires…
