Aw geeze, where to start?

1) Every time that I have seen a ball tapped on the way up, I've called the violation. That's called "stealing the tap". Oldest play in the book. There isn't an experienced official in the world that let's that one go. And you didn't even know that it was a violation until I posted it a few minutes ago.

2) A toss that does not go high enough is a re-toss. It isn't a violation and it never has been a violation.

Don't you even know what a "violation" is?
