Throw-in / Backcourt Violation
A2 has a spot throw-in along the endline in frontcourt. A2 passes toward division line to A1. The ball glances, is tapped, is touched, etc., by A1 in the frontcourt and the ball proceeds to the backcourt. A1 chases after the ball and obtains possession in the backcourt at top of arc. Is this a backcourt violation?
I say NO. Due to there is no team control during a throw-in and no backcourt violation can occur during a throw-in until after there is team and player control.
