Have you checked out the new
"New Balance 610" (High Shine) model? They were promoted in the November, 2006 issue of Referee Magazine on page 40. They retail for $63 but I noticed them being advertised in this month's (Dec.) issue of Referee Magazine (inside back cover) with Purchase Officials
www.purchaseofficials.com priced at $59. They're promoted as a leather upper shoe with a "pre-shine" finish.
