The Lead makes a good call by calling a Block on White #5. Although Lead made the correct call, it is imperative that Center also have a whistle on the play. Because this game is worked with 3-person mechanics, the call is in Center's primary area. If Lead and Center both have a whistle on the play, Center should report the foul."
My comment:
Excellent comment. Cs primary, ball entered from Cs territory, and L was on the opposite side of the lane. C should have a whistle and should make the call AND report the foul.
