Here's where i disagree with the article.
The article states that the game would be delayed even more which IMO is incorrect. Whenever there is a controversial call, the umpires huddle, dscuss, etc. then inevitably the coach whom the call went against will come out and argue. This delays the game even more than if replay were used.
In Summary, I would start by using replay on HR's and that's it especially with some of the dimensions in the new ballparks.ie; Houston
