FIBA Officials Forums?
Can anyone give reference to a Good FIBA Officials forum. I think it is a good time to start migrating myself over to that way of thinking.
All of Canada is moving towards international rules. Starting in 2006-07 CIS will adopt FIBA rules and next year all levels will be playing under those rules.
