Rule question
Federation rules:
A player cutting along lane towards basket, receives a pass and a) controls pass begins layup and loses ball on own, then regathers and lays it in without dribble, b) never gains possesion of pass as he goes towards basket and in attaining possession uses more than 2 steps to attain it then lays it in. Both scenarios ball never hits the floor, it is bobbled within the hands of the offensive player.
