I ordered one early last December. The people at GD Sports were very helpful. They wanted alot of measurements and when the coat arrived in late Feb. it would have fit Shaq. I called and they said they had been having that problem with the coats coming back way to large. They were very courteous and made me a new one immediately. They are made around Boston. Despite all of the inconvinecenes I am extremely pleased and love the coat. Would recommend one highly, very high quality. Best thing to do is tell them what size coat you would normally wear.
