halftime delay
Do both teams have to be on the field at the end of the 15 minute halftime? Or at the end of the halftime plus 3 minute warm-up, which would be 18 minutes? Since they can use their warm-up time any way they want, are they required to be on the field?
How about if only the captains come out after 15 minutes to make second half choices while the rest of the team is in the locker room?
When does the penalty occur, and is it delay or unsportsmanlike?
