Enforcement of defensive fouls is always from the basic spot (exception is roughing the passer).

This is not a loose ball play so it MUST be a running play. Basic spot for running plays is the end of the run. Enforce this foul from the B-45, 2nd and 5 at the B-35. Quarterback could have helped himself out by fumbling the ball

This is a loose ball play so basic spot is the previous spot. 1st and 10 at B's30.
