what if the holding is on a back behind the line of scrimmage. where is the spot of enforcement??
if the qb is facemasked then it is the end of the run. qb sacked fro 10 yard loss and facemasked during the tackle then it is 5 or 15 from the end of the run and repeat the down.
is it because the foul is past the line of scrimmag/previous spot that we use it as the basic spot
