Does it matter if it occurs before or after the INT; is it a USC or PF? My understanding was that USC is a succeding spot foul, does a change of posession change this? thanks!

3. I would go with USC + disqualification
4. Yes, USC is a succeeding spot foul and the change of possession should not change it. You should enforce from where the change of possession occurred.
