Actually, Fox Valley Blues (FVB9 here can help you out) has the best cheat sheet I've ever seen--or used. It's slightly larger than Honig's, but it's also laminated. Rather than just shrinking down the rule to a double-sided laminated card, FVB's double-sided "cheat sheet" sums up the DH rule with "If/then" scenarios. Trust me, it's MUCH better.

I find them useful to lend to coaches for a few minutes while they try to figure out what they're actually doing. I never used to do that, but once or twice each year I get some head coach who is just clueless on changes involving the DH. One gentleman spent way too much time trying to give me changes, literally scratching his head asking me if he could do this, this, and that. I looked at him and while handing him my DH card, politely told him, "Tony, here. Take this and find out what exactly you're changing. It'll help you figure out what to do."

He came back several minutes later looking like he just passed the bar exam.
